Ants, rodents, termites and the nest in the eave
Ants, rodents, termites, and stinging insects are on the regular list. Each visit still opens with an inspection.
Rodents
Mice and rats. Gaps that can be closed, including a garage door sweep, are part of the same visit.
Termites
Termites are inspected and treated as part of the visit, based on the activity that is found.
Stinging insects
Wasps, hornets, and carpenter bees, including a nest under the eave.
The same inspection covers silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, pill bugs, and sow bugs. Tick and mosquito work can be added to a plan.
One visit, a season plan, or quarterly IPM
Integrated Pest Management on every plan: inspect, treat, and exclude where a gap can be closed. Single-family homes are the specialty. Multi-family and commercial properties are on the schedule too.

Inspect
The first pass is the foundation, the sill, and the openings pests already use. Notes from that look decide the treatment.
Exclude
Sweeps, gaps, and eaves are closed where exclusion will hold. A garage door sweep is a common place to start.
Return
Preventative IPM comes back two to four times a year. Annual IPM is quarterly. One-time service stays a single visit.
